have been working as a full time home inspector in the Tuscaloosa,
AL area for over 10 years. During that time, I have had the
pleasure of working for and meeting many wonderful people.
Tuscaloosa is a great place to live, work, raise a family,
attend college or run a business. I have called this wonderful
town home for over 20 years and would never considering living
anywhere else. Roll Tide!
I take the utmost pride in providing my clients with the most
professional and complete home inspection and consulting possible.
I maintain industry training and education levels annually
to be sure I am on top of my game and knowledgeable of current
events as it relates to your home.
A professional home inspection is basically an unbiased look
at the home. I focus on areas in the home inspection as they
relate to safety and mechanical/structural condition. I don't
check for things we consider "cosmetic" such as
scratches, dents and stains.
It gives me great pleasure
to assist real estate buyers AND sellers in providing an educational
experience during the transaction and have enjoyed doing so
over the past 10 years. I look forward to many more and possibly
